Rich new website brings Meow Mix® brand to life through unique video
New York — August 15, 2007 — Agency.com has launched a new website for Meow Mix® cat food brand. MeowMix.com brings the Meow Mix brand to life online through a unique use of video, creating a product website with a difference.
The purpose of the website is to reinforce the Meow Mix brand values and provide an engaging experience for consumers. The creative concept was based on the strategy of bringing the visitor closer to ‘thinking like a cat’. The entire website is written from the perspective of a cat, bringing the visitor even closer to understanding their cat and enhancing the relationship with their pet.
A life like environment has been created on the website. Videos of a variety of cats playing in a living room setting, invite the visitor to roll over and play with them. They play with a ball of yarn, swat at a fish bowl and eat Meow Mix food, all upon your interaction with them.
Speech bubbles appear from each of the cats with different insights leading to the other sections of the website – learn what treats really get them purring; play fun games and downloads in the recreation section; read cat facts on physiology, diet, behavior and mythology; and information on The Meow Mix Acatemy™, a course dedicated to fostering a greater understanding between cats and their pet parents.
There is also the opportunity to sign up for Meow Mail and ‘send to a friend’ functionality.
