Agency.com New York Ramps Up Management Team With Senior Appointments

Guegan and Baer appointed to head up Strategy and Client Services

New York — January 9, 2007 — Agency.com (www.agency.com), the full service interactive agency, today announced that it has hired Philippe Guegan as Strategy Director and Steve Baer as Vice President of Client Services for the New York office.

Philippe Guegan will head up the Strategic Planning team at Agency.com, working across the entire New York client base. His key focus will be to strengthen the research and measurement capabilities of the agency to increase the relevance and effectiveness of Agency.com client marketing initiatives.

Philippe is a veteran of the interactive marketing industry and over the last 10 years has consistently developed innovative solutions for research, measurement and data-driven marketing. Most recently, Philippe served as a Strategy Director at Blast Radius in New York. He also co-founded the Paris office of Ogilvy Interactive in 1996 and has worked with clients including Unilever, P&G, IBM, HP, Intel, Electronic Arts, Nintendo and General Motors.

Steve Baer will lead the New York Client Services team, overseeing accounts such as British Airways and Choice Hotels International, and working alongside the business development team on new business efforts.

Also with 10 years interactive experience, Steve joins Agency.com from FullSIX UK, a leading pan-European interactive and relationship marketing agency. Steve served as Managing Director and Partner, overseeing client relationships with UNICEF, Whirlpool, Hertz and Reckitt Benckiser. Previous posts at FullSIX included Chief Operating Officer, where he led the development of the Procter & Gamble digital account across Europe. Prior to FullSIX, Steve was the Founding Partner of lifestage marketing agency, SPF 15 London. He started his career at Young & Rubicam in New York, where he served in account management on a number of brands including Sony and Blockbuster Video, working across TV, print, outdoor and digital advertising.
